Meet Our Owner, Kate Gleeson
Hi, I'm Kate Gleeson, founder of Gleeson Kitchen & Design.

I've spent more than 13 years in the kitchen and bath industry, beginning my career in inside sales before transitioning into design. Over the years, I've developed extensive experience creating custom kitchens and baths using framed, full-access, and inset cabinetry, helping bring unique visions to life through thoughtful design and attention to detail.

What I enjoy most about this industry is the opportunity to collaborate. I love partnering with designers, builders, and other professionals who share a commitment to creating beautiful, functional spaces for their clients. I believe the best projects come from open communication, creative problem-solving, and a true team approach. When ideas flow freely and everyone is working toward the same goal, the design process becomes smoother, installations run more efficiently, and clients receive the exceptional results they deserve.

After years of helping clients and industry partners achieve their design goals, I launched Gleeson Kitchen & Design to provide flexible, professional design support tailored to each project's unique needs. My goal is simple: to help bring your design vision to life while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

When I'm not designing kitchens and baths, you'll likely find me cheering on the Baltimore Orioles or Baltimore Ravens, or attending a live concert featuring one of my favorite musicians.
